Welcome to our Website which is dedicated to all the children who started school at Clowne Mixed Infants on Rectory Road in September 1956 and then moved on to the Clowne Junior Mixed School in 1959

After the 11 plus exams in 1963 the classmates went their separate ways to different senior schools such as:
Staveley Netherthorpe
Shirebrook Grammar
Westfield Comprehensive and
Clowne Secondary Modern School (Boughton Lane)
and friends began to lose touch.

Until 2007 when Sharon and Keith had an idea to reunite their schoolmates by having a "REUNION".

The rest they say is history!  and the first reunion took place on the 13th October 2007 followed by the Xmas reunion on 14th December 2007. The 2008 reunion took place on the 4th October 2008 and more new faces attended . The 2008 Xmas reunion took place on Saturday the 13th December and a good time was had by one and all. The 2009 Reunion took place on Saturday 3rd October 2009 and thanks to everyone who attended, it makes the organising all worth while !
